From Our Staff!
I began working at The Cleaning Ladies in 2019 as a cleaning technician and worked my way up to General Manager within 2 years of service. I have done every job in the company from cleaning technician to GM, and have had the privilege to learn all the jobs with the support of the owner, Karen Conchie, and the amazing team we have built together. With being able to work in all aspects of the company, it has allowed me to feel empathy and understand the role of our cleaning technicians while at the same time understand the challenges that can arise in the day-to-day operations of our business. Working with the Cleaning Ladies has allowed me to grow and expand my skills with the support from my superiors as well as the cleaning technicians I have worked along side. Through all the ups and downs of the pandemic and contributing to the growth that has got the business where it is today, I feel honoured to be a part of the amazing team here at The Cleaning Ladies and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
